Training
We provide AI training that produces capability, not just awareness.
We don't do slide decks and theory. We work through real processes from your business, live in the room. By the end of a session, your team isn't just AI-aware; they're building.
The problem with most AI training
Too shallow to stick. Or too technical to land.
Most AI training falls into one of two traps.
The first: a half-day overview that everyone finds interesting on the day and forgets by Thursday. Useful context. No change in behaviour. No automation built.
The second: developer-focused content that leaves everyone without a technical background behind. Your operations manager doesn't need to understand transformer architecture. They need to know how to automate the process that eats their Tuesday mornings.
We've designed our training to sit in neither camp. It's structured and progressive, but grounded entirely in real work: your work. Every session uses actual processes from your business as the worked examples. Participants leave with something real, not a demo they'll never look at again.

Three Progressive Tiers
Structured for every level of readiness.
Tiers can be run independently or as a progressive programme across teams.
Tier 1: AI Foundations
For first-timers
Who it's for: Business owners, operations staff, anyone who hasn't yet used AI tools in their work.
What we cover
- •An honest overview of the major AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini), including where each excels and where it doesn't
- •Why we use Claude as the foundation for business process automation
- •Getting started: prompting, context, and practical use in day-to-day work
- •Live session: automating a real process from your business before the day ends
Half-day workshop. Maximum 5 participants.
Tier 2: Claude Skills
For intermediates
Who it's for: Team leads, operations managers, and power users who are already using AI tools and want to go further.
What we cover
- •Claude's full capability set for business automation
- •Building Claude Skills: custom agentic workflows for specific tasks
- •Prompting for consistency, reliability, and production use
- •Live session: building a complete automation around a real company process from start to finish
Full-day workshop. Maximum 5 participants.
Tier 3: Technical
For developers and technical teams
Who it's for: Developers, IT teams, and technical founders who want to build and deploy production-grade AI integrations.
What we cover
- •Building custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
- •Connecting Claude to your existing tools and data sources
- •Cloud deployment: hosting on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- •Introduction to the Claude API for programmatic integration
- •From prototype to production: making automations robust and maintainable
Full-day workshop. Maximum 5 participants.
How it works
Before we run a session, we do our homework.
Before each workshop we spend time understanding your business. We map the processes your team actually runs, identify the best candidates for automation, and build the session around those.
This means participants work on their own processes, not hypothetical scenarios invented for a training deck. The automation they build in the session is one they can use on Monday.
What you get
A team that can keep going without us.
- Know how to use Claude productively, not just that it exists
- Have built a real automation around one of your own processes during the session
- Understand what's possible across the business and where to take AI next
- Have the confidence to keep building independently
