What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with SMEs and growing businesses, typically organisations between 5 and 100 people that are serious about using AI as a competitive advantage. Our clients include founders, operations leaders, and department heads across finance, HR, compliance, sales, and client services.
Is there a charge for an initial conversation?
No. Scoping calls are always free. We use the first conversation to understand your situation and work out whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so.
How quickly do you come back to enquiries?
Within one working day. If you've sent a message with detail about your situation, we'll come back with something useful, not just an acknowledgement.
Do we need to know which service we want before we get in touch?
No. Many clients come to us knowing something isn't working, without knowing exactly what the solution looks like. That's what the first conversation is for; we'll help you work out what makes sense.
Do you work remotely or onsite?
Both. Our training and consultancy engagements are available in-person or remote. Onsite sessions are available for process automation handovers where needed. We're based in London but work with businesses across the UK.
